THE OPPORTUNITY

Joining Fujifilm as a Customer Order Fulfilment Operations (COFO) Project Coordinator will involve :

  • Communication with COFO BAU schedulers is clear and precise to ensure a successful end to end process is in place.
  • Delivery Call Offs are followed through with transport suppliers to ensure adherence.
  • Transport supplier incident reporting / Notification is auctioned within 24hrs of an incident logged to ensure the delivery of product and services are maintained
  • Projects are closed out in an efficient manner ensuring all outstanding orders are followed through to have cancelled orders loaded etc.
  • Providing support to Project managers and key stakeholders.
  • Where required manage projects from end to end.
  • Providing regular updates to key stakeholders.
  • Creating project documentation

YOUR EXPERIENCE

As an experienced professional in project coordination, you will bring the below valued skills to our business :

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Ability to work under pressure with excellent attention to detail
  • Must be a team player
  • Customer facing / call centre experience.
  • Experience working in a professional environment.
  • Previous project coordination experience is desirable.
  • Minimum entry education- year 12 qualification.
